"Day of" Consultation & Coordination:
This Parasol Events wedding service is for couples that have planned their event themselves and would like some assistance in the home stretch and at the event itself.
In general, collaboration between a Parasol Event coordinator and the client begins 4 weeks prior to the event. To get started, the couple will provide their wedding coordinator with a copy of all signed vendor contracts. The Parasol Events wedding coordinator will review these contracts and further interview the couple to determine what choices have been made and what the expectations are. After reviewing all the information the couple will be advised of any pitfalls or concerns that the Parasol Event coordinator identifies. Next, the event timeline is finalized and the Parasol Events rep contacts all vendors to make sure everyone is clear on roles and responsibilities. The Parasol Event wedding consultant will attend the dress rehearsal for the event as well as provide all of the services listed for Wedding Day Direction below.
